Crescent Beach Yard Sale:  August 15 from 8am-1pm!

If you own a  kayak, canoe or paddle board, this new CT law applies to you.
All unregistered paddle craft must display owner contact info. For more information and to obtain a free vessel identification sticker CLICK HERE.

Be in The Know!:  The CBA board sends official notifications of meetings and other public announcements periodically during the year. The majority of homeowners are now on the official email list which saves the association time and money from snail mailing these notices. This official list is different from this CBFA list. If you are not yet on the CBA official emailing list and would like to get those notifications via complete the attached form and send to CBA secretary Sally Velcofsky at svelcofsky22@gmail.com. The next mailing is coming up soon so please don’t hesitate to contact Sally ASAP.
