Property Tax Payment

CBA Real Estate taxes are due July 1st. Payments received after August 1st are late and incur at least two months of statutory interest charges (July & August). Choosing the credit card payment below includes the fee that CBA must pay to process the payment per Connecticut Statute § 12-141a.
